それは気分だけじゃないことがわかってきました。

アメリカの研究で、

高齢者が軽いジョギングを続けることで、

萎縮していた脳の一部が大きくなることが

わかったのです。

大きくなったのは、
判断力・決断力に関わる「前帯状皮質」と
ワーキングメモリ(もの忘れ)に関わる「４６野」です。

ジョギングをすることで、脳の機能が向上する可能性があるというのです。
